1. Who we are
This website is operated by Soyuz Tobacco Group ("the Group", "we", "us"). The Group's processing entity is Soyuz Tobacco Processing Limited, with its plant site at the Lilayi City Light Industrial Zone (LSMFEZ), Lusaka, Zambia. Export sales are concluded through STT Trading. You can reach us at alexander.p@soyuztobacco.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms of use and our privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. Trade audience only
This site provides information about our leaf-tobacco operations for licensed businesses in the tobacco trade: leaf merchants, manufacturers, regional buyers and their due-diligence, banking, insurance and logistics partners. It is intended for adults of legal age working in the trade. It is not directed at consumers, does not promote tobacco products to the public, and does not offer any product for retail sale.
4. Information only — no offer, no contractual effect
Content on this site — including grades, specifications, availability, calendar and logistics information — is indicative only and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, a recommendation, or a warranty of availability. Sales of leaf are concluded exclusively under written contracts agreed with STT Trading. In the event of any inconsistency between this site and a signed contract, the contract prevails.
5. Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry through this site does not create any obligation on you or on us. Samples, specifications and commercial data are shared at our discretion, ordinarily under a non-disclosure agreement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, drawings, marks and layout — belongs to the Group or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating a business relationship with us. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our prior written consent. Third-party equipment names and marks (for example SUR Engenharia, Siemens) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site unlawfully; not to misrepresent your identity, age or trade status; not to interfere with the site's operation or security; and not to scrape, harvest or systematically extract its content or any personal data appearing on it.
8. Third-party links
Where the site links to third-party websites or services, we do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we make no warranties, express or implied, as to the site's accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may amend or withdraw content at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Group and its officers, employees and agents accept no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Our handling of personal data submitted through this site is described in the privacy notice.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised; continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, and the courts of Zambia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from use of this site.
