The data controller is the Soyuz Tobacco Group entity operating this site.

What we collect

The enquiry form collects the details you type: what you need, your name, company, email and, if you choose, phone and a message. Submissions are not stored on this website.

What stays on your device

Your entry-gate confirmation (30 days), an unsent enquiry draft from the homepage, and your choice to dismiss the Trading Desk bar are stored in your browser only. They never leave your device and we cannot read them. One exception: if JavaScript is off, the homepage form passes your details to the contact page in the page address instead, where standard hosting logs may record them.

This site sets no cookies and currently runs no analytics.
